The Veuve Property Group is a specialist boutique early learning centre property developer and funds manager created and operated by experienced property specialists.
The Veuve Property Group (VPG) was established in late 2014 to create and manage a several property trusts with the aim of acquiring and developing early learning centre properties in metropolitan and regional areas leased to experienced and successful early learning centre operators. VPG comprises Veuve Group Holdings Pty Ltd and subsidiary entities which act as trustees/investment managers for several wholesale property trusts holding these property assets. Further details are provided in Our Property Funds.
VPG believes that there are ongoing opportunities to develop or acquire new childcare centres in areas identified as having unmet demand for childcare services, that meet the curriculum and early learning demands of parents as well as the requirements of the national regulations in terms of staff/child ratios and centre design requirements to enable the efficient operation of the early learning centres.
The strategy is therefore to provide wholesale and sophisticated investors with the opportunity to invest in these new early learning centre properties through either one of the following:
Our small but focused team of highly skilled professionals have a wealth or experience and knowledge between them:
Vin HarinkFounder and CEOVin founded the Veuve Property Group in late 2014. His experience in the early learning sector stretches back to the early 2000’s when he joined Austock Corporate Finance as a Director and acted as a financial adviser to ABC Learning Centres Ltd following its listing on the ASX. He gained considerable experience during the period to 2004 in terms of the early learning centre operating businesses held by ABC. In 2004 with Austock Group having acquired the management company for the ASX listed Peppercorn Investment Trust (now called Folkestone Education Trust), Vin became the Chief Executive Officer of Austock Property Funds Management Limited and subsidiary entities which managed several social infrastructure property funds that owned early learning centre and other social infrastructure properties. The ASX Listed Folkestone Education Trust today remains the country’s largest early learning property landlord with 388 childcare properties. For the six years to December 2014, Vin was the Fund Manager of Arena REIT, the ASX listed social infrastructure property fund with a portfolio of nearly 200 childcare centre properties located Australia. During his time at Arena REIT Vin was responsible for a shift to developing new childcare centres in 2012. Many of the properties acquired for development in the period before December 2014 have now been built and are operating as childcare centres within the portfolio owned by Arena REIT. Having managed both the existing ASX listed early learning centre property funds, he went on to establish the Veuve Property Group in late 2014 which has been responsible for developing and leasing early learning centres located across Queensland, NSW, Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia. Vin, therefore, is in the unique position of having significant experience in respect of both early learning centre property and childcare operating businesses. | |
Matt RussellProject Co-OrdinatorHaving spent 10 years as an Electrician in various settings, Matt brings the construction knowledge and the relationship between VPG, the client and the builder to the team. Within these years of experience as an electrician Matt also worked within the plumbing and refrigeration trades alongside numerous builders gaining valuable knowledge across a broad range of construction. During a period of time running his own electrical business Matt enlisted in a Project Management course to further himself within the electrical trade, which then eventuated in joining the VP Group. Not limited to project Co-Ordination, Matt also identifies new and potential childcare sites across mainly Victoria but also interstate, identifying a site that logistically works and will function as a childcare centre, then completing a childcare needs analysis followed by a centre feasibility are just some of the tasks that Matt performs daily between liaising with builders, architects, consultants, investors and tenants on active projects. |
